At Forge Ahead, we're always thinking about ways to promote wellness.  One, highly accessible way for many people enhance both their mental and physical well-being, is to consider RUCKING!  We love Rucking because, it is highly accessible for most people and is an excellent way to make sure you get outside and enjoy the company of others while exercising.  Rucking allows you to workout in a way that is relatively "low impact" on your joints and ailments, but "high impact" on your overall health!  Rucking very consistently aligns with the core messaging of Forge Ahead and we fully anticipate it to be at the epicenter of many ongoing events, community service activities and fundraisers!



In fact, we have organized our own group called the Forge Ahead Rucking Club and it qualifies as an official GORUCK club under the company GORUCK.  You can find us listed HERE in their directory!
